Cyril Zimmermann has been President of Hi-Media since the company was established. He is a graduate of the European School of Management (ESCP), and of the Institute of Political Studies of Paris, and holds a bachelorÕs degree in history.
Michael Kleindl has gained extensive experience as the co-founder and CEO of AdLINK Internet Media AG, which he took public in 2000. Since 2003 he has successfully invested in and exited companies such like Zanox.de AG, MAILPROFILER AG, United MailSolutions AG amongst others. His current portfolio of companies includes market leading companies in the digital marketing and ecommerce space in Europe such as Buy VIP, Smartclip, wunderloop, Astramedia and Crossinx. He currently serves as the President and co-founder of the EIAA. (Michael holds a university degree in Business Administration from Oestrich-Winkel, Germany and completed a 2-year management training program in one of Germany´s largest public banking institutions).
Mathias Schilling co-founded BV Capital in 1997 and is responsible for leading investments in the Internet, consumer media and wireless technologies. He is also a Board member of leading US private companies such as AngieÕs List, Sonim Technologies, Vuze.com and YuMe Networks.
Marco de Alfaro, managing director at IDI, is a MBA graduate of Insead . He joinde IDI in 2004. Marco started is professional carrer in the FIAT Group holding before joining as consultant during four years the BCG. He has been dealing with LBO invesments at TCR for 9 years and joined after that Natexis Private Equity where he was in charge of investments in the NTIC segment.
Jocelyn Robiot has been in the sports related industry for the past 15 years where he has held various senior management positions.
Currently working for adidas, Jocelyn combines the roles of Vice President Global Sports Marketing and Managing Director of the adidas International Marketing. Jocelyn joined the German sports group in 2003 as the Head of Strategic Planning in Global Sports Marketing.
Before this, Jocelyn spent 10 years working with Havas Sports in France, an international sports marketing agency, as Business Development & International Director.

Jean-Charles Simon is the COO of the MEDEF. Before that he was trader on future products in Paris and London until 1998. Between 1998 and 1999 he has been in charge of the surveys and studies for the political party RPR and between 1999 and 2003 he was in charge of the public affairs for the FFSA (French Insurance company association).
