Hi-Media management welcomes Mathias Schilling, a Managing Partner of BV Capital, who participated in his first board meeting. Mr. Schilling co-founded BV Capital in 1997 and is responsible for leading investments in the Internet, consumer media and wireless technologies. He is also a Board member of leading US private companies such as Angie’s List, Sonim Technologies, Vuze.com and YuMe Networks. BV Capital is one of Hi-Media’s largest shareholders.

Sales figures for the fourth quarter will be issued on 22 January 2008, after the market closes.
