The Hi-Media Internet media group (ISIN code FR0000075988 – HIM, HIM.AP), the European leader in interactive advertising and electronic micro-payments, announces its equity investment in the company www.sport.fr, which produces sport content.
This agreement involves an acquisition by the Hi-Media group of 10% of the company capital for an investment and current account contribution in the total amount of 380,000 euros. Hi-Media also receives a purchase option for the remaining 90%.
At the time of the launch of the new version of the sport.fr site in the second quarter,
Hi-Media will provide more information on this agreement and on the creation of a new vertical “news and sports” theme within Hi Media Publishing.
